Whilst services such as data backup and 24/7 response are essential in providing rapid recovery of a system failure, many other service tasks benefit from a more holistic approach. Using advanced software tools and techniques, we can quickly establish which parts of the BeMS system or associated plant are under performing, and concentrate our efforts to improve the areas that matter. At the same time, our engineers will take a view of the whole building and identify areas where we believe energy savings can be made, often with nothing more than a few key software modifications.
We offer service level agreements tailored to the client’s exact requirements, and can include remote alarm monitoring, energy monitoring and energy auditing. Our aim is to get the best combination of performance and energy efficiency from the installed BeMS, ensuring that it is being utilised to its full potential.
Although BeMS equipment doesn’t last forever, many older systems can benefit from a fresh look at the operational control strategy. Often where a system has been poorly maintained in the past, or if the occupancy or use of the building has changed several times, the immediate thought is that the BeMS needs replacing. Whilst servicing systems we encounter equipment that can be fifteen years old or more, and often find that a thorough service and examination of the software can bring new life to the system. Our focus is on ensuring that the building is operated as energy efficiently as possible, whilst providing exacting comfort levels for the occupants.
When the time comes to replace obsolete equipment, our experienced engineers are able to upgrade an entire system throughout the building, with little or no disruption to the occupants or services. We can offer advice on the best system to suit the building, and provide phased or complete replacement of the system to suit your financial plans.
